Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) systems are life safety systems required in many commercial and industrial buildings to control smoke spread in the event of a fire. FACE Electrical Ltd design, install and maintain AOV systems and smoke extract ventilation for commercial, industrial and residential developments across Birmingham and the West Midlands, in compliance with BS 7346 and Approved Document B.

CO monitoring, fan speed control and ventilation scheduling for basement and multi-storey car parks.
Integration with fire alarm system
AOV system linked to your fire alarm panel for automatic activation on fire signal.
Commissioning, testing and maintenance
Full commissioning test witnessed by client. Six-monthly maintenance service available to meet BS 7346 requirements.
Why It Matters
