Domestic CCTV is usually permitted development. However, cameras that overlook neighbouring properties or public spaces may be subject to GDPR obligations — we'll advise.
Grade 2 systems are the standard for residential properties, providing two-way communication between the alarm and monitoring centre. Grade 1 is a basic deterrent system. We typically fit Grade 2.
Yes — we can connect your system to an NSI or SSAIB approved monitoring centre that will contact you and/or the police in the event of an activation.
Most modern CCTV systems integrate with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Apple HomeKit. We'll confirm compatibility at survey stage.
