What's Included
Electrical design and load calculations
We prepare electrical drawings and load calculations to ensure the installation is correctly specified from the outset.
First fix wiring throughout
All cables are installed in appropriate containment — trunking, conduit or cable tray — before fit-out works are completed.
Distribution boards and sub-mains
Commercial-grade distribution boards installed with correct discrimination between protective devices throughout.
Second fix — sockets, switches, lighting
All accessories fitted to specification, including data outlets, commando sockets, emergency lighting and signage circuits.
Full testing and commissioning
All circuits tested to BS 7671, with a full Electrical Installation Certificate and test schedule issued on completion.

Yes — we regularly work evenings and weekends for clients who need to maintain daytime operations. Weekend and out-of-hours rates apply.
Yes — we regularly subcontract to construction companies and main contractors. We carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance.
For larger projects we prepare electrical drawings in-house. For complex projects requiring formal engineering drawings, we work with our preferred electrical consultants.
